Payment terms:
The client has to fifty percent (50%) charged in advance of the total assigned valuation and our expectation is that this payment will be paid before starting the project.
Cancellation terms:
If the client wants to cancel his assignment so Designfo India demands the client minimum payment of canceling (15%) of the assigned valuation. You must cancel your project via telephone and written through email either project is not stopped. After your cancellation order, we stopped your project.
Condition and Limitation of Responsibility:
The client is in compliance that Designfo India is permitted to reject all responsibility for any failure beginning out of the access to the website, use of the services on the website, and/or our services including:
- Some smash up of data bear by the Client;
- Any error, mistakenness, or computer virus set up into the Client’s computer system;
- Any problem or late of the website, Designfo India services or part thereof;
- All and any failure attributable to a situation away from our control, including but without restriction, acts of God, war, flood, fire explosion, civil disobedience, governmental action,
- legislation not in force at the time of these Terms and Conditions of Use, chains compulsory by governments or any other authoritarian authorities, labor problems, the operating problems of parties.
